Shipping

Once your order has been confirmed via email your items will be shipped within 1-2 business days

Customer is responsible for shipping fees

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale items/ discounted items cannot be refunded

HOLDS:

Cart on hold can only be valid for 48hrs and after 48hrs we reserve the right to cancel the hold and sale the item (s).

Missing an item/damaged product

 We understand that damages during shipping can happen and we that's why take ownership of such issues. Please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order and we will be happy to send you the missing item or replace the damaged product
